For the second Ashra, this dua of forgiveness is the best dua. We have to learn all the Ramadan related Duas for Ramadan and ask Mughfirat for Allah.
can we only recite the english translation of Ramzan Ke Dosre Ashray Ki Dua i live in CA and there are some people who do not know arabic
